Shipping Information
In most cases, our in-stock items will typically ship the same day for all orders received by 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, with free shipping on any orders over $50 for all Contiguous US orders.
Returns - Please Read Before Sending Items Back
Before returning the product, please contact our Customer Service team for the proper return authorization process. We can be reached by phone at 888-787-7284 or by email at Support@SameDaySupply.com. Please be sure to include your name and original order number with the return.
Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt to ensure you received the correct product ordered and that it is free from damage. Deliveries refused for reasons other than shipping damage will be handled the same as a return.
Hassle Free Returns
We offer up to 90 days to return new, unused, uninstalled, undamaged, unmodified items to us with no restocking fee. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will send the correct item at no additional cost and cover the return shipping if we have been notified within 90 days of the original order date.
Inspect all orders promptly upon receipt to be sure you received the product ordered and that it is free of damage.
If you receive a damaged item, we will happily replace it at no charge if you notify our Customer Service team within 14 days of delivery. Claims made after 14 days of delivery may not be eligible for credit.
For returns where no error was made on our part, and items arrived undamaged, we will issue a refund minus the return shipping cost. To qualify, the returned item must be new, unused, uninstalled, undamaged, unmodified, and in original packaging, including manuals and accessories. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please track any return shipment. Unauthorized returns or items returned used, damaged, or not in their original condition and packaging may result in a delayed credit, partial credit, or refusal of credit.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 7 business days and notify you via email of the appropriate refund amount. SameDaySupply.com reserves the sole right to determine the refund amount based on the item's condition. If you do not contact us within 3 days of our email, you agree to accept the refund amount that we offer. If you disagree with the refund offered, you may notify us within 3 days to request that the item(s) be returned to you for an additional shipping fee.
Once the appropriate refund amount is determined, our customer service team will process the refund back to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that your credit card company may not post the credit to your account for an additional 2-10 business days.
