Engineered for R-32 refrigerant, the system delivers efficient performance while utilizing a refrigerant with a lower global warming potential than previous generations. Goodman's SmartShift® Defrost Technology also helps reduce the noise commonly associated with defrost cycles, allowing for quieter winter operation without compromising heating performance.

Paired with the Goodman AMST24BU1300 air handler, this system features a direct-drive, multi-speed ECM blower motor that automatically adjusts airflow to maintain more consistent indoor temperatures while using less electricity than traditional blower motors.
