Lennox Smart Air Quality Monitor, Indoor Air Quality Monitor that enables on-demand ventilation, purification and filtration based on real-time air quality readings.

The Lennox Smart Air Quality Monitor detects and tracks particulates, carbon dioxide and volatile organic compounds (TVOC’s) inside the home. When poor quality air is detected, it triggers your system to cycle and clean the air, providing peace of mind that your family is breathing the most healthy, perfect air. When your HVAC system includes Healthy Climate® indoor air quality products, it can more effectively address the problems it detects. In fact, the Lennox Smart Air Quality Monitor is the only monitor available that enables on-demand ventilation, purification and filtration based on real-time air quality readings. • Designed to pair with the Lennox S40 & E40 Smart Thermostats as part of a fully communicating home comfort system.  Not compatible with any other Lennox branded thermostat.
  
• Homeowner can see current overall air quality score and individual pollutants score (CO2, PM2.5 and VOC) on the S40/E40 and on the Lennox Smart Thermostat app. Homeowner can see visibility of what pollutant is driving air quality score.  
  
• Air Quality score is simple to understand: Green = Good, Yellow = Fair and Orange = Poor.
  
• When fair or poor air quality is detected, the S40/E40 will run indoor air quality equipment to clean the air. At minimum, the blower will run to circulate the air through the high efficiency filter (Carbon Clean MERV 16 is highly recommended).  If they have PureAir S, PureAir or an HRV/ERV, the S40/E40 will run that indoor air quality equipment on-demand (as opposed to running at set-time intervals you set). That means the homeowner will have clean air when they need it.
  
• Real-time weather tracking meets seamless connectivity and communication. When paired with a ventilation system, it tracks the outdoor stats. If the climate conditions inside are better than what’s outside, the Lennox Smart Air Quality Monitor will tell the Lennox S40 & E40 Smart Thermostats not to ventilate the home. 
  
• The Smart Air Quality Monitor collects data on Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Particulate Matter (PM2.5) and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs).  The device then transmits the data to the S40 & E40 Smart Thermostats which analyzes the data and displays it on the thermostat's display.
  
• Continually monitors indoor air quality and sends data to thermostat once every minute.
  
• Unit is powered typically by connecting to the thermostat's wall mount terminals.  If you prefer to install in a different area, you can use a 24V transformer (sold separately).
  
• Communicates with the S40 & E40 Smart Thermostats via a BLE Mesh network (proprietary protocol).

• Only one Smart Air Quality Monitor is supported per single S40 & E40 Smart Thermostats BLE mesh network.  A total of 6 smart devices can connect per S40 & E40 Smart Thermostats BLE Mesh Network.
  
• New Lennox Smart Technician app allows for quick and easy install of the Smart Air Quality Monitor and the new smart accessories. Use of Smart Tech app is required for installation.
  
• When connected to the Lennox S40 & E40 Smart Thermostats, homeowners can monitor and control the home’s air quality from anywhere using the app. Homeowner can postpone air cleaning when needed.
  
• Smart Air Quality results visible on the Service Dashboard.  This can be indoor air quality leads for indoor air quality products to a homeowner.
  
• The Lennox Wireless Extender (sold separately) improves the connection between the S40 & E40 Smart Thermostats and the Smart Air Quality Monitor, in larger homes or areas with reduced coverage or “dead spots”. This strengthened connection nearly doubles the coverage area and thus enhances reliability, performance, and usability.
